The white band of our milky way galaxy spans the entire sky
in late summer nights. Bright planet Jupiter can be found
above the eastern horizon at midnight of August 2011.
Planet Mars is rising later in the morning.
In 2008, the date of the photography, Jupiter could be seen
south of Aquila.
