The brightness in the zenith was down to 21.23 mag per arcsecond2 at about 1:21 CET, 11.08.2021. 21.23 mag per arcsecond2 is two times more bright than the natural clear and moonless sky. This is mainly due to light pollution. Therefore the sky is brightened by 100 %. Measurements were obtained with SQM-LU-DL, serial number 2030. The night of 13./14. August was exceptionally clear. The brightness went down to 21.31 mag per arcsecond2. Strong sources of light pollution are Airport Hahn, Schalkenmehren, Air Force Base Spangdahlem and Wittlich.
